TERMS & CONDITIONS
Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity during check-in. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, or any other Identity Card issued by the Government of India with address proof. A PAN card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- 0 – 15 days prior to stay – No refund ( on the full amount)
- 16 – 30 days prior to stay – 50% refund ( on the advance amount)
- More than 30 days prior to stay – Full amount refund ( on the full amont )
NOTE
- No refund for cancellation on Peak Period, if any cancellation will be charged in Full
- All guaranteed reservations will be held until 00 hours on the day of arrival, unless specified of late arrival.
- Last minute amendments / changes of room are purely subject to the availability.
PAYMENT AND BILLING INSTRUCTIONS
- Payment in advance required 50% of the total estimate.
